Why is it important to put RAM in the 2nd4th slot? : rbuildapc I tried to boot using only one RAM bar at a time in DIMM_A2, DIMM_B1 and DIMM_B2, but the PC wouldn't boot 2 RAM bars, one is DIMM_A1 and one in DIMM_A2 PC

One single stick should work in every ram slot, no? Also, how can a single slot work in the 3-4 slot and not in slot 1-2 if it's not compatible
