GPU in PCIEX4 instead of x16

website pcie x4 in x16 slot I got a x570 Aorus Elite coming today and from what i can gather its gonna run at the full pci-e speeds on the primary slot while the pcie 40 in pcie 30 slot It'll have all 16 if you don't use the second slot but it makes no difference Even a 1080 shows no performance difference at x8
